GUSSA :-
Bina kisi baat ke hi gussa karna,zara zara si
baat per bhadak uthna badi kharab aadat
hai.Aksar aisa hota hai ki insaan gusse me
aakar duniya ke bahot se bane banaye kaam
bigaad deta hai aur kabhi kabhi gusse ki
jhunjhlahat me ALLAH ki naa shukri aur kufra
ka kalima bakne lagta hai aur apne imaan ki
daulat ko barbaad kar daalta hai isliye RASOOL
ALLAH SALLALLAHU ALAIHI WASALLAM ne apni
ummat ko mouka aur baat baat par gussa
karne se mana farmaya hai.
Chunanche hadees sharif me hai ki ek aadmi
Huzur ke darbar me hazir hua aur arz kiya ki
AYE ALLAH KE RASOOL SALLALLAHU ALAIHI
WASALLAM mujhe kisi amal par hukm dijiye
magar bahot hi thoda ho toh Huzur ne
irshaad farmaya_"Gussa mat kar"usne kaha
ki kuch aur irshaad farmaiye toh aapne phir
yahi farmaya ki"Gussa mat kar"phir kai baar
us aadmi ne malum kiya magar har baar
aapne yahi farmaya ki"Gussa mat kar"yeh
bukhari sharif ki hadees hai

Ek hadees me aaya hai ki RASOOL E KHUDA
SALLALLAHU ALAIHI WASALLAM ne irshaad
farmaya ki pahalwan wah nahi jo logo ko
pachad deta hai balki pahalwan wah hai jo
gusse ki halat me apne nafs ko kaabu me
rakhe.

Gusse ka Ilaaj- Jab bemauka gusse ki jhallahat
aadmi par sawar ho jaaye toh Nabi
SALLALLAHU ALAIHI WASALLAM ne farmaya hai
ki use cahiye ki wah fauran hi wuzu kare
isliye ki bemouka gussa dilane wala shaitaan
hai aur shaitaan aag se paida kiya gaya hai
aur aag paani se bhuj jaati hai isliye wuzu
gusse ki aag ko buja deta hai.

Ek hadees me aisa bhi hy k agar khade hone
ki halat me gussa aa jaye to aadmi ko chahiye
k baith jaye fauran ,gussa utar jaega aur agar
baithne me gussa na utre to let jaye taaki
gussa khatam ho jaye.....
